How do I access my online account?
Log in to your online account via the Login Page.
If this is the first time accessing your new online account, enter the email address you have registered with Jumbo Win and you will be prompted to create a new password.
If your email address is not registered on your account with Jumbo Win, or if you think you may have changed it please let us know and we can have this updated for you so you can activate your online account.

How do I unlock my online account?
If you have entered your password incorrectly too many times, the system will automatically lock your online account. This is a security precaution to prevent any unwanted transactions on your account that were not initiated by you - the account holder. Please contact us to have your account unlocked.

Why can't I log in with my email address?
If you are trying to access or activate your online account for the first time and your email address is not recognised, there could be a few reasons for this.
- Your email address has never been added to your Jumbo Win account.
- Your email address has been changed and we need to update this for you on our systems. You will also need a password reset with this change.
- Double-check that you have entered the correct email address.
- Your account may be locked due to multiple failed password attempts.

Can I enter without having to pay anything?
You certainly can! As a free draw competition, Jumbo Win provides an alternative method of entry which does not require you to purchase a ticket bundle. You can find out more about how to enter for free on our Free Entry Route page.
